I hate to be a complainer but for some reason this really rubs me the wrong way

Obama Sees ‘Personal Insult’ if Blacks Don’t Rally for Hillary Clinton

I understand the point he's trying to make, it's not that complicated, but I really don't care for that... that... t-t-tone

Oh my god, what have I become?

A racist right wing irredeemable! Get in that basket with Pepe

Tone is a liberal hippy thing, though

For this election I'd associate the word directly with Hillary, as she didn't like Bernie's 'tone' back in March. It was one of those semi meme phrases of hers, like telling Wall Street to 'cut it out'.

Pretty pointless comment from Obama in any case, especially after Madeleine Albright's similar intervention labelling women who don't vote for Hillary as having 'a special place in hell reserved for them' did not work as intended.

If Hilzilla deleted and bleachbitted thirty thousand emails it should be seen as a serious indictment of her. What was she hiding? Trump didn't hide his tax returns from the IRS btw.

uhm, how could he hide his "tax returns" from the irs?  that makes no sense.

and again, the fact that clinton also has done wrong hardly makes trump's failure to make his tax returns available to the public any less noisome.  he is a businessman with no background in politics.  trump gots a history o' shady business deals and bankrupt business ventures.  refusal to make tax returns public is particular worrisome given lack o' political background from which to gauge future political success.

we will note again that those wanting to expose clinton insofar as the emails took the wrong tack.  comey woulda' been a willing ally if the goal were to expose clinton as a bumbling incompetent.  unsophisticated. naive. etc.  comey were investigating whether or not the evidence were sufficient for a successful criminal prosecution.  comey tried to stress just how irresponsible were clinton's actions, and how her lack o' sophistication were almost unique in his experience, but he refused to find criminal liability that a reasonable prosecutor would be willing to pursue.  what a waste.  clinton coulda' been made to appear willful ignorant and dangerously unsuited for the kinda responsibility a President would needs be shouldering. clinton shoulda' been exposed as ignorant and dangerous.

waste.

wod keeps seeming to forget that Gromnir is not actual a clinton supporter.  we have criticized her for years.  point out her flaws and shortcomings is preaching to the choir... save for where wod goes all frothing maniac.  criticize clinton regarding foreign policy and history o' mendacity and the fact that she is a traditional beltway politician who is most concerned with her own enrichment and aggrandizement. amen brother! hallelujah!  is quixotic, at best, to argue with somebody who already agrees, but you go for it if it makes you feel better.

regardless, no matter how many emails were deleted by clinton, it don't change at all the fact that trump has not made his tax returns public as has every Presidential candidate since nixon.  a businessman running for President based in large part on his business acumen won't release tax returns?

wod is like some kinda truculent 5-year old insofar as tax returns is concerned.

mom: now billy, did you break the vase in the family room?

billy: no.

mom:  billy, i saw you knock over the vase.

billy: well, wendy is the one who got bubblegum in rug.

mom: *sigh*

HA! Good Fun!

Trying to put Trump's refusal to publicly share his tax returns to Hillary's erasure of emails and other  **** is laughabole. He has committed no crime. No doubt if there was soemthingw rong with his tax returns the IRS would be all over it.

Besdies, there are things to go after him thata r emuch worse. I mean,  how about that rape  he was a ccused of? How come that's not athing? I know why. Hillary loves rapist so she would apologize for him if he was an actual rapist.

We may not know exactly how Trump made his money, but we know exactly how Hilzilla made her money, by selling out the country to foreign interests while she bore the trust and responsibility of being the Secretary of State.

Don't think Cruela de Hil is more criminal than JeckylnTrump, only better at it. The man literally says something on tape and then denies it. It defies logic that someone would not see that. However, whilst the retort that the Trump defenders would cite is that she's done the same, which is true but not to the same degree, the real issue with Clinton is the lie you don't know. The woman has done herself immeasurable harm by making definitive statements that ended up not being true after some event did the truth of the whole thing. Simple, really, Trump is an erratic liar who lies so inartfully and ineptly that the common man can't help but see it. Clinton has lies so effectively and so artfully that the common man cannot help but distrust her. Agree with Volourn that if the government could prove Trump broke tax laws they would have set him to the gaol already. Disagree that it should matter whether it's a prosecutable case or not. For voters, what matters is their judgement. The gut of the common man is more important than the skill of the prosecutor for the health of the realm. Whom do you trust relies just as much on what your gut tells you as to your mind. Nonthless, the mind must reign in irrationality from the gut whilst the gut must force the mind to make a decision. Saw that on the wall whilst visiting the toilet. Believe it anyway.

This post is a very myopic view of what Obama stands for....how can you say " Obama is racist " ?

I have never felt he was racist ?

I wouldn't say he's a racist. He hates everyone who's last name isn't Obama.

He may not be a racist, but he's perfectly willing to exacerbate and exploit racial divisions if it helps to advance his and the left's agenda. Same goes for Hilzilla. Edit: Btw, did anyone notice how she lectured to not jump to conclusions after the latest terrorist attack, but immediately jumped to conclusions after the latest police shooting? You know every now and then you do say something I completely agree with. Since before he took office Obama has been floating the idea of a "national" police force to replace city, county, and state police. His exact words were that it would be as "well armed and well trained as the military". And since it would be an arm of the Federal Government and a law enforcement agency it would be under the control of the President. City, County, and State police do not answer to the Federal Government in any way. The answer only to the people and leaders of their community, county & State. That won't do for the left's vision of the future. So to advance his goal is is necessary for him to undermine and destroy credibility in local law enforcement whenever possible. And he has certainly done so a number of times in the last seven years.

It's not racism which is a reactionary response. It's nihilism. There have been more than a few leaders in the history of the world who shared this trait with him. They are not remembered as good people by and large.

Not a perfect comparison but oh well.

Its also very subjective....but here is something accurate. If I just change one or two things with WOD post

Are you suggesting Obama is involved in a surreptitious and orchestrated campaign to undermine the police in the USA so he can replace them with a Federal police force....that doesn't exist ?

In that many words... yes. Such a police for does not exist, that is true. But he has on at least five different occasions over the last eight years called for the creation of such. Of course Americans being the freedom loving sort we are see the real danger behind something like that. And there there is that annoying Constitution getting in the way. But if there is one thing Obama has learned is that he can ignore that annoying document written by dead white slave owners as long as he can get enough people to like what he does in ignoring it. But at the moment a "national police force" is a solution without a problem. To implement the solution you need to "create" the problem and undermining local law enforcement is a good way to start.

Now he is out of time to be sure and Hillary has never said anything to make me think she would go for something like that. To her credit she is not and ideologue like he is. But the left and it's disciples tend to take a "long view" on such things and he may hope the seeds he plants today will bear fruit later on.

Except that that's a lie. And it's not in the conservative's interest to exacerbate racial division, quite the opposite. If you're talking about the racist right, then that would be a valid point, but those people are only called "right" as a smear against conservatives by the left, in fact historically the racists have been the Democrats and the socialists, such as Hilzilla's mentor, Grand Dragon of the KKK Robert Byrd, and Obola's mentor, Rev Wright.
