Quest characters disappeared

Hello dev team!

I have already asked about this problem in other player's topic, but didn't get an answer. Sorry for creating another one, but the answer is really important.

Like many other people, I have lost my Quest characters because of reinstall. Right now all of my experienced quest characters are lost.

 

I couldn't find any useful notes or information regarding this game problem. Are you planning to release a fix for that, or characters are lost forever? I am not complaining, just want to know your opinion regarding this problem.

 

Also, here is some useful infromation about my profile, in case you need it:

My device is Ipad mini.

iOS version is 9.3.4

VER-565-20160810

Can a developer tell us about this bug? Can I reinstall the game without disappearing my characters?

Quest mode is not cloud saved (yet) so quest mode characters would disappear. If you really want to save them and reinstall the app, you have to manually save them to another device, like PC first.

The quest mode cloud save is coming, but we don't have information about when it will happen.
