0 Longshot11 Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 Mail of Escape isn't being allowed to recharge during hand reset. There is the occasional Armor that doesn't allow recharge on hand reset. Does the Mail of Escape have a text that it should be rechargable? You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.
