Selecting Roles?

How do you select roles after completing deck 3?  (Or is it not active yet.)

 

I can see the powers that each role gets by tapping the role name...but no way to select the role to actually complete the deck (and rebuild the character decks).

 

Bug or am I missing something?

I haven't reached that point, but have you tried simply selecting a power feat from a role - this should be indication enough for the game which role you're selecting?

You first click the role you want to have and then select the power you want. Then you can go on...
