This is a big issue; I don't even understand why that button can be turned on mid-game, or why it doesn't have s confirmation dialogue. 0 Aarik D Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 Hey Ry7n, Apologies for the inconvenience. Permadeath can only be turned on during character selection when you are forming a new party. Permadeath will be highlighted if enabled and a notification will pop up. I'm not quite sure how you were able to enable permadeath during an already progressed game.
