Can't download the app from App Store (Region: China mainland) after purchase

Hi, I'm from China mainland and I bought 'pillars of eternity' from local App Store  last year.

After the latest upgrade it keeps showing '404 not found' no matter what I try. I also contacted the local apple customer service, they said it's not their problem to fix the link.

I haven't play it yet due to my work took most of my time last couple month, please help me!

Hi，thank you for the reply.

I was trying to update the game when I found out the 3.01 was out. It shows the message of '404 not found'.

Then I searched solution of this on apple forum, they suggested me to delete the game and download it again, yet it still gave me the same message. And the apple customer service gave me the same suggestion.

It seems the link of game downloading is not working on App Store.

Also，all the other apps are working just fine, and I tried to download it when I was on a business trip to London last week, it shows the same '404 not found'.

Can I just chip in here? I'm not in China but I updated the game from the App Store yesterday to 3.0.2. It seems they just launched the new version there yesterday. But what I wanted to suggest was have you tried contacting the App Store version publishers, MPDigital directly? Maybe they can help.

Actually, I just got their reply about 3.0.2 minutes ago (I contacted them 3 weeks ago, just got the reply).

And it's downloading again!!!
