Right-click the pollaxe to see its description, then click on the Zephyr ability to see its description.
Observe that on the top-left corner of Zephyr's description, the icon of medium shield Redfield displays.
I reckon Zephyr works similarly to Redfield's ability, but it would make more sense to see The Wind's Arm's icon there

Load the attached saved game.
Select the protagonist and go to her inventory.
Observe she has The Wind's Arm pollaxe in there.
Right-click the pollaxe to see its description, then click on the Zephyr ability to see its description.
