I just bought this game like an hour ago and it's already crashed on me. I haven't even completed like the first quest yet. This happened during the short cut scene in the first mission where some dude that was getting water for me came panting out of the woods...then crash.

Hello gravesville,

Welcome to the Forums and I apologize for the inconvenience. Make sure that your graphics card is up to date and have you verified your game cache? In your Steam Library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game. Could you please post your dxdiag file as well?

Thank you for your support.

ok, i attached via google drive the crash report folder and the dxdiag i obtained, only i couldn't find the savegames files

( they were not in the folder listed on your guide, maybe because I have installed the Steam client and library on another drive from my system one)

Hello firestormrdy,

The reason you are crashing is because you have a 32bit OS.

A work around can be found here, but please note that Obsidian is not liable for any issues that might occur with those settings. There are inherent risks involved when changing settings involving your operating system and any attempts to change your system settings will be at your own risk.
