Yes with targets that have low reflex or are CCed it hits VERY HARD. If you notice the damage on the combat log it is FREEZE damage that is not affected by DR. that's nuts. One my favorite spells. It also lets the Priest not get crazy close to melee and heal...unlike the others. Edited September 12, 2015 by Torm51 Have gun will travel.
