The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR MOU) was preparing to target the Russian peninsula’s critical infrastructure, the FSB announced on Wednesday. A group of infiltrators was discovered near the town of Armyansk in northern Crimea near the Ukrainian border in a special FSB operation over the weekend, the agency said, adding that fire was exchanged as the terrorists were being apprehended. One FSB officer was killed. Twenty home-made explosive devices equivalent to more than 40 kilos of TNT, as well as ammunition, shells, and other weapons used by the Ukrainian Army’s special forces were discovered at the scene. Two more attempts by Ukrainian raiding and terrorist groups to breakthrough were prevented by Russian forces on Monday. Kiev’s armored vehicles provided covering fire for the groups from the Ukrainian side, the FSB said, adding that one Russian serviceman had been killed in that operation. A network of agents from Ukraine’s chief intelligence directorate has been uncovered in Crimea, according to the FSB, which said it included both Ukrainian and Russian citizens that provided assistance in preparing terrorist acts. Gromnir Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 (edited) Cracked - 6 Statistically BS myths you probably believe about war never rely on cracked. period. the site likes to be controversial and show folks that their common held beliefs is wrong, so they will often use debunked sources or misleading numbers to make a point. case in point, worldwide, 66% o' terrorism death from 2013-2014 were attributable to four sunni muslim groups. total islamic related terrorism is closer to 80%. sure, if you limit to the US and western europe where there is, y'know, very few muslims, then o'course the numbers decrease for islamic inspired terrorism. then again, you need be careful to avoid 2001 and 2015-2016 as well. 9/11 Really skews the numbers, and if you is trying to make a point 'bout the relative infrequent occurrence o' islamic terrorism in the west, all those bodies is a harsh counter-argument. also, have an article in 2016 that purposeful ignores the recent rash o' islamic terrorist incidents in the US and europe is also a bit dishonest, no? am recalling one o' those cracked articles that were trying to set us straight 'bout what were life like in north america before european settlers. friend sent us the link. no doubt she thought we would be happy to see somebody finally dispelling the "lies" 'bout pre-columbian, native american culture. never has we seen such misleading numbers, not to mention reliance on sources that had been discredited decades ago. cracked is a fun source, but don't take serious. is worse than wiki.
