Walsingham 3,466
I have some photos of my godson, and I'm trying to put them in chronological order without having an incredibly tedious conversation. It occurred to me that it would be far more interesting to use a bit of software to look at the metadata on the photos. Does anyone know what I should use, and what to look for? AwesomeOcelot 439
Win/Mac/*Nix have been reading metadata for over 10 years IIRC, no need for additional software.
Monte Carlo 4,908
Loads of tools for exif data out there, I had fun tracking someone I knew around China by exif-spying on the photos they put up on an image-sharing site. It totally freaked them out when I kept sending them northings and eastings for their current location(s). Unleash your inner NSA fantasies. Here's one I quickly googled. http://exifdata.com/
