My priest has 15 start deflection. I have +3 to deflection(Perception 13) and - 4 to deflection(Resolve 6). How is it possible to have summary deflection 15, not 14? Basically if the modifier from attributes for a particular defense (deflection, fortitude, will, reflex) is below 0, say X, then the subtracted amount is X-1 instead of X.
