[1.04] Items for sale through stronghold event do not show special stats initially

In fact, the only way to get them to show up consistently for me is to switch the event log, scroll all the way down, and then switch back to the outstanding notifications tab. Only then will the item show all the properties.

 

(This could be a red herring and some other unrelated thing--maybe time--causes the item to get its properties).

 

Attached is a screenshot showing a case where the item for sale has no special properties listed.

I noticed the same thing (here), if you buy the item and pick it up from your treasury the stats are actually there. 

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not and there's been no reply saying either way yet.
