So, Hiravas has 8 casts of Fireball for free from somewhere (not sure where). Anyway, when I only have one Fireball left and I use it, it will not complete casting, and Hiravas will just end up being stuck (with the Fireball icon above his head) until I knock him down with Prone (after that, he will be able to perform other actions). The fireball Icon is gone and I can no longer cast any Fireballs with him.
