sneaky squeaker

I ordered this game on xbox360. Every was going great until randy taught me the sneaky squeaker. I did the tutorial no problem but it didn't put it in my action wheel so I can use it to get past the guards. I've done it twice now but it's the same result. Help or feedback please.

That's the first time I've heard it not being added to the wheel.

 

Try loading a save game just before you learned that from Randy and try that part over again with it adding it this time. Hopefully you still have a save close to that point.
