Grimoire slam says always already activated

Question

So , my main character a mage, in the beginning had a working grimoire slam, now it always says "already activated", on aloth it works fine.

Also any endurance recovery spells, just doesnt work at all , im on GOG .0524 was it fixed in 0.526 on steam ?

Save is too big to attach.I dont have dropbox.An yhow im just asking if that was an issue already in the works.

Win 7 x64 i7 5820K 16GB AMD 290X

It was not fixed in 0.526

Hey everybody, thank you for your feedback. The team is aware of this issue. We have a hunch that using an ability as a cutscene starts or as the game saves may cause it to remain in the activated state, but we are unsure if there are other ways this issue may arise. If anybody has any other ideas or 100% reproducible steps, it could help us pin-point the issue and find a solution. Thank you!

Just wanted to note that after patch 530 ist still is stuck, maybe a tip how to unstuck it manually :) ?

Other idea:

 

Mage is charmed or has other comparable effect from enemy that stops the Grimoire slam from executing correctly.
