Cannot complete the Lle a Rhemen ritual. Player character possesses the Cladhaliath spear and soul vessel from Nridek. Both rune dialogues have been completed. Only first rune lights up when a party member stands on it. Second rune does not light up when party member stands on it, preventing completion of the ritual.
Possible issue(s): map was cleared prior to learning the Engwithian language. Arms have already been returned to Wenan.
