Same problem with OS X & GOG. Redeemed my game through GoG and there's no update, or even feedback from them. I've emailed them twice now and received no response. They have time to update their Facebook profile multiple times, but no time to offer customer support. Trying to ask for help on their forum results in rude remarks and untruths about patching process from other forum members. I've been stuck in Raedric's Hold for literally a week now as I didn't want to restart from scratch. That was obviously a bad idea. One of the more unpleasant gaming experiences in memory, despite the fact the game itself was very fun to play (until I couldn't anymore).
