Not sure what I did to trigger this, but after I fight the black Stelgaer's by the corpse in Northweald the game won't end combat afterwards, essentially preventing me from continuing the game if I want to go to that area.
EDIT: After trying about 6 times I finished the encounter without the bug triggering, I'm not sure what I did differently. I can upload the save directly before the encounter if there's interest in fixing this.
