termokanden Posted April 3, 2015 Author Share Posted April 3, 2015 (edited) So apparently this happened at some point after I level 7. My save from when I was level 7 does not have this weird effect. I tried unequipping items and switching off some buffs and it was still there. If it does anything, it's well-hidden. Still, it annoys me that I don't know what it is!
