Eder weapon specialization bug?

I just checked my L10 party and Eder doesn't have WF:Ruffian.  I also checked a different L3 party, and he does have it.  So it's probably a bug.  I'm not sure it's the typical "double-click to equip an item and your effects are wiped" bug, though.  I haven't had that problem because I don't equip items that way...so maybe there's another bug?

We're doing some RP-related bonuses for paladins and priests but I'd rather wait to go into detail with them.  They're not as in-depth as custom abilities for each order/deity.  That's just too much work for us along with all of the other classes/races.

Weapon specializations are grouped together by themed category: e.g. Knight, Noble, Soldier, Ruffian, etc.  Only fighters gain access to WS.

I haven't kept track of what he gets when, but is it possible it's because you got him earlyish? I know if you grab him at lvl2 instead of lvl3, he doesn't have ... something ... that he'll have if you first get him at lvl3, since you get to choose what you want when he lvls to 3, instead. It's one reason some like to grab all companions as early as possible, so you can have more control over what they have vs. auto-assigned.
