Full screen not working Mac

I am unable to run the game in full screen all I get is a black screen on any resolution. Even after reinstalling this stays unless I plug in my old monitor. For some reason this makes the game go back to window mode and then it runs again on either monitor I have.

Still broken in latest patch

 

and it's a PAIN to get it OUT of fullscreen mode, as the screen's black and only cmd-F and a well times mouse click through 3 screens will fix that.

 

and with Cage Cursor not working either, this game is Unplayable on a Mac.
