My lvl 7 Cypher with Draining Whip cannot replenish her focus anymore. The particle effect is there, Soul Whip activates correctly (it's listed in the combat log and in the character screen under "Active Effects") but whenever I land a hit with either of my weapons, I don't get any focus back.
Is this a known bug or am I cancelling the effect somehow?
