Convert hit to crit and convert grace to hit?

If I both have these two feature, do I get more critical hits due to more hits and less grace? Or they caculate seperately?

 

BTW, is interrupt a good feature for dpser? I am thinking about building a fast speed attack with high interrupt, maybe a barbarian for AOE interrupting.
