I found yesterday that when I loaded my saved game my main character and one of my companions are now invisible. Reloading and restarting does nothing to fix the problem. I started another game and found the same issue.
I did find that if I switch armor on the invisible character they become visible again, but the armor is no longer usable. It's normal icon becomes a generic bag looking thing and can't be equipped.
