One thing I noticed while playing a Death Godlike Rogue is that the Death's Usher ability would disappear off the Active Effects list on the character sheet, along with Superior Deflection. When superior deflection is gone, my deflection is reduced by 5 so it doesn't look like it's just a visual bug. I haven't tested it further to see if they return after a while.
