The title speaks for itself. 

This adds so much for the game and are crucial for a "spritual successor to the BG series".

 

If the current writers aren't sure where to go with this, let them hire a writer, because to me, a fantasy game without romance is like the medieval period without swords.

I will agree to romances if exclusively Chris Avellone writes them and everyone else coming close to his table is shocked by the then-mandatory shock collars.

It's far too late to add in romanceable characters in March's release of PoE. The topic of whether PoE will have/should have/should not have story-romance has been discussed to death practically from the beginning. original.gif

 

There are definitely others here who also enjoy/would like to have romance in their rpg's, and as Lord Wafflebum pointed out, there is a thread dedicated to the topic. So if you'd like to discuss why you enjoy romance and what your hopes are for its inclusion in PoE sequels etc., please feel free to add your thoughts there.
