Neither the AP, Reuters, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, or any of the major news outlets has even bothered to report it.  What a travesty.

I always judged the choose your own adventure books as one of the first steps on the road to the interactive entertainment we have now. A pity the gentlemans death has been largely ignored. RIP.
