The hotspots to highlight text entries to cause tooltip descriptions to popup is not in the correct locations for "Health" and "Deflection", so much so that hovering over the actual keyword does not highlight the word nor cause the tooltip to display.
In both instances, the hotspot is quite a bit to the left of the text. See attached screenshots for example. In the screenshots, either the upper or lower left corner of the tooltip popup window is the location of the mouse. This is on the Character screen, at a resolution of 2560x1440.
