2 rings, an amulet and a cloak!

This is clearly a balance thing. They could lower the bonuses for the items in this slots, to compensate the use of more of them, but that would be a worse design decision imho.

Cloaks and amulets share the same slot.

 

Didn't realize that. Yes, then 2 rings, an amulet and a cloak! I will update the thread title accordingly.

One neck slot? I can't wear a medallion and a jaunty cravat?

 

Immersion broken.

I'm okay with a single neck slot, but would really like to see a slot added for underoos. How am I supposed to keep my team from chafing, for god's sake?

I would think that balance is essentially a non-issue, seeing as how NWN1 had two rings, an amulet, and a cloak slot.

I would think that balance is essentially a non-issue, seeing as how NWN1 had two rings, an amulet, and a cloak slot.

No, no. 2 rings, a amulet and a cloak is too D&D like. We cannot have that here. Why? Because we don't want to seem like PoE is a spiritual successor to bunch of D&D games. D&D is so last decade, we must follow MMORPGs for this.. yea I lost it.. because of this AWESOME TRAILER

The point of the thread is that each party member should be able to equip 2 rings, an amulet and a cloak.

 

They already can, as you can equip an amulet or a cloak in neck slot, so I take that you mean that you want one equipment slot more, for all the party members.

Is point to also make cloaks and amulets less powerful or rise maximum total power level of items that characters can carry?
