Maya Angelou asks...

Walsingham

Recommended Posts

1. Have a drink and try to get laid

2. Buy new clothes

3. Have a few drinks

But what if drinking itself becomes the problem?   ;)

I gazed at the dead, and for one dark moment I saw a banquet.

Maya Angelou Died today. One quote I noticed from her:

"You can tell a lot about a person by the way (s)he handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights."

Can't say I've ever heard the name before

But:

1. Consider myself lucky that the cyclones, floods and bushfires usually don't happen in my area (and grab an umbrella if more than 200mm rain is coming down in one day and I have to get out).

2. Lament the loss of a good sportsbag.

3. Christmas tree... like those on postcards???

“He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice.” - Albert Einstein
