equiping makeup/eyewear/hair (gasmask too)dont appear on second play through.

so im on my second play through. i beat the game once already with no problems i made a white mage.. but now i decided to make a black jew caracter and for him makeup/eyewear/hair  dont appear when i equip it. the gas mask too doesnt show. my guys face just stays default with his afro
