Question

HELP! I have started playing SoT and it is amazing, I hardly stopped laughing for the first day (In-Game..well out of game too) but then I have hit quite a snag. My PS3 version seems to go completely to **** starting on the events during the first evening, the game gets slower and slower to load different scenes (battles and changing zones) to the point that it pretty much freezes up and I have to hard reset my PS3 in order to do anything with it. It has gotten to the point where I can not play for more that 20 minutes until I need to stop which has put quite a damper on my love of the game. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Mine works great on ps3. However, the first time I tried to install it said the data was corrupted & I had to delete the game. I deleted & reinstalled a second time without issue. Me & my wife took turns playing for 10 hours straight. No issues.

It might be because I Purchased the hard copy, which came with a disk. Had to get that collectors edition.

You may want to consider deleting the installed data and reinstalling.

From XMB:

Scroll to game -> click on Game Data Utility -> Press Triangle on South Park: The stick of Truth -> click Delete

Run the game again and it will reinstall and repatch.

If this does not fix your issue, please let me know how much free space you have on your harddrive.

From XMB:

Scroll to Settings -> click system settings ->click on system information -> give me "System SOftware" version and Free space information.
