Middle-Earth: Shadows of Mordor Gameplay Walkthrough.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bl9J_ewx3Rg

Game makes no lore sense and gameplay looks like a mix of Assassin's Creed x Batman Arkham Series. I'm mildly interested.

Unbelievable lore rape. Never seen anything like it.

Well if we're posting lore-twisted universe-clashing Bilbo ballads

Nimoy is the awesome. And for some reason I love his shaggy hair. I wish he could live forever.

I'd say the answer to that question is kind of like the answer to "who's the sucker in this poker game?"*

Some people have expressed worries or discontent when Microsoft paid Machinima users for "secretly" promoting XBOX One...

Here is a similar report involving AAA giant:

I just always assumed this sort of thing happened (and still does) all the time.  When I read these reports I just shrug and say "par for the course".  It's pretty standard practice for large, powerful corporations (not just in the video game industry) to use their wealth and power to sway public opinion, either by paying off people to speak more positively about their products, or to dissuade people from their competitor's products by spreading FUD and threatening legal action (patent trolling and such).  This sort of thing has existed in one form or another since the beginning of civilization.

Very interesting post. Nintendo's big investor meeting is soon I think.

"The funny thing is, he and miyamoto said this at the unveiling of the gamecube, they were talking about everything what the Wii would become in 2006. They were talking about how an arms race will end up in a few AAA titles left to compete for the money of the customer and that Nintendo won´t participate in such a race since it will ultimately hurt the industry as a whole (because no one will be willing to take risks and the games will become very similar). "

http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?752560-Mount-and-Blade-leaving-the-Paradox-stables-heading-out-on-new-adventures

Exclamation Mount and Blade leaving the Paradox stables, heading out on new adventures!

As of January 31st at 00:00 (UTC -08:00) Paradox Interactive will be handing over the reins for Mount and Blade back to the developer, TaleWorlds. It’s been five and a half years since Mount and Blade was released, five and a half years of sieges, tournaments and pitched open-field battles, and of course, the odd expansion or two!

We feel honoured to have fought beside you and at our final parting of ways would bid our farewells with a gift which has automatically been added to your Steam library.

What is your gift? One of our internal studios, Paradox North, is currently hard at work on a spell-casting action PVP game by the name of Magicka: Wizard Wars. As we know that you are all fans of fast-paced tactical combat we feel that you would be equally as adept with a robe and staff as you are with sword and shield, as such our gift to you is an invitation to our Early Access alpha of Magicka: Wizard Wars.

If you would like to know more about the game please do check www.wizardwars.com or our official forum at http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...ka-Wizard-Wars.

Again, thank you for an exciting five and a half years!

/Paradox Interactive

Official Taleworlds forum: http://forums.taleworlds.com/ - This is where you go to discuss Mount and Blade!

We will be shutting this forum down for posting soon. And at a later stage it will disappear completely, so if you have anything on here you wish to preserve. Now is the time to get it!
