In last time some interesting facts about WW2 became public:

1. Hitler want sign alliance with British Empire against Soviet Union and propose Western Europe as gift to Britain.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2433733/How-Nazis-offered-peace-treaty-World-War-II-meant-selling-Russians.html

2. Close relations between British elites and Hittler
http://www.express.co.uk/expressyourself/126784/Hitler-s-aristocratic-admirers

3. British role in Austrian Anschluss... Britain give Austria as gift to Reich

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anschluss#Nazi_Germany

Schuschnigg desperately sought support for Austrian independence in the hours following the ultimatum. Realizing that neither France nor Britain was willing to take steps, he resigned as chancellor that evening. In the radio broadcast in which he announced his resignation, he argued that he accepted the changes and allowed the Nazis to take over the government 'to avoid the shedding of fraternal blood [Bruderblut]'.%5B21%5D

4. British role in Munich Pact. Britain give Czechoslovakia (who has frendly relations with Soviets) to Reich.

5. Germany as state has been created by Prussians, who traditionally pro-Russian orientied. Many Wermacht officers and generals want alliance with Soviet Union against Britain, but Hitler ignore interests of own nation and acts in interest of British elite.

Ribbentrop, while waiting for them to arrive, paced up and down his room `like a caged animal'. There was little sign of the `statesmanlike expression which he reserved for great occasions'.

`The Fuhrer is absolutely right to attack Russia now,' he kept repeating as if trying to convince himself. `The Russians would certainly themselves attack us, if we did not do so.' His subordinates were convinced that he could not face the prospect of destroying what he saw as his most important achievement, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. He may also have started to suspect that Hitler's reckless gamble could turn into the greatest disaster in history.

The two Soviet representatives were shown into the Reichsminister's huge office. An expanse of patterned parquet floor led to the desk at the far end. Bronze statuettes on stands lined the walls. As they came close, Berezhkov was struck by Ribbentrop's appearance. `His face was scarlet and bloated, his eyes were glassy and inflamed.' He wondered if he had been drinking.

Ribbentrop, after the most perfunctory of handshakes, led them to a table to one side where they sat down. Dekanozov started to read a statement requesting reassurances from the German government, but Ribbentrop broke in to say that they had been invited to attend a meeting for very different reasons. He stumbled through what amounted to a declaration of war, although the word was never mentioned: `The Soviet Government's hostile attitude to Germany and the serious threat represented by Russian troop concentrations on Germany's eastern frontier have compelled the Reich to take military counter-measures.' Ribbentrop repeated himself in different ways, and accused the Soviet Union of various acts, including the military violation of German territory. It suddenly became clear to Berezhkov that the Wehrmacht must have already started its invasion. The Reichsminister stood up abruptly. He handed over the full text of Hitler's memorandum to Stalin's ambassador, who was speechless. `The Fuhrer has charged me with informing you officially of these defensive measures.'

Dekanozov also rose to his feet. He barely reached to Ribbentrop's shoulder. The full significance sank in at last. `You'll regret this insulting, provocative and thoroughly predatory attack on the Soviet Union. You'll pay dearly for it!' He turned away, followed by Berezhkov, and strode towards the door. Ribbentrop hurried after them. `Tell them in Moscow', he whispered urgently, `that I was against this attack.'

As result pro-Soviet Prussians create Resistence and try assasinate pro-Britisch Hitler. In case of success they planned create socialistic Germany and sign Alliance with Soviet Union.

Stauffenberg wanted to retain all the totalitarian, militaristic and socialistic elements of National Socialism (p. 504). What he had in mind was the salvation of Germany by military men who could break with corruption and maladministration, who would provide an orderly military government and would inspire the people to make one last great effort. Reduced to a formula, he wanted the nation to remain soldierly and become socialistic

129.jpg

Later these member Resistance members become backbone of Socialistic DDR.

6. German nation traditionally tends to socialism: Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Martin Luther, Thomas Müntzer, Ernst Thälmann, Claus von Stauffenberg, Erich Honecker. Hitler pro-British and pro-capitalistic behavior looks really unusual (and even perverted) for Germany.

7. Before fall of III Reich Britain develop plans of Operation Unthinkable - British and US attack against Soviet Union, but due total superriority of Red Army they reject this plan.

Conclusion:  Hitler is pupet of British elite, they create him, they make him powerful. Hitler make pro-British and anti-German politics, he fully ignore interests of German people and use them as cannon fodder in British war against Socialism. WW2 is just British proxy war against Soviet Union.

As result Britain is fully responsible for all war crimes permitted during WW2, meanwhile Soviet, Jewish and German people must be consider as victims of this war. Because this UK must pay reparation for Russia, Izrael and Germany, also they must stop occupation of Germany (British occupational troops yet presented on German territory).

Mister Obyknven, I do apologise but as of the current moment the British government hardly has a pot to piss in, if you wish for reparations then i'm afraid all we can offer is to share in our huge amounts of debt, which means that you would now owe the IMF two trillion pounds or thereabouts. However we as usual can offer luxurious accomodation, solid investments and high end shopping to the respected gentlemen and ladies who have made such a success in your respected native land, and wish to now reap the rewards of their endeavours.

The government did contact her Majesty on this matter, but her consort answered the phone unfortunately and was less than circumspect. I believe his exact words were: "Make us Bolshy!" However we all know that the Prince's humour can be somewhat adversarial, and so have taken this reply as declining to comment.

Edit: What's that cycloptic pretty boy midget doing in a Nazi costume? Hardly the image of racial purity the Hun wished to project what.

Quite an experience to live in misery isn't it? That's what it is to be married with children.

I've seen things you people can't even imagine. Pearly Kings glittering on the Elephant and Castle, Morris Men dancing 'til the last light of midsummer. I watched Druid fires burning in the ruins of Stonehenge, and Yorkshiremen gurning for prizes. All these things will be lost in time, like alopecia on a skinhead. Time for tiffin.

It's all pretty well known isn't it. Hitler had some entirely unrealistic expectations concerning diplomacy with the UK, no doubt born by his experienece of being able to bully everyone during appeasement, and also out of a genuine desire to make sure that Britain's vast empire didn't disolve to then be snatched up by other contenders. A lasting arrangement following victory at Dunkirk was very much in his interest.

There were british 'Nazis', with prominent sympathisers, but they never achieved any popular support, and of course by the outbreak of war it was too late for any such movement to gain hold.

Assassinating Hilter would only have made sense during his meteoric diplomatic successes before Poland and up to perhaps following the defeat of France. After these events he was deemed to be a bonus due to his constant meddling with military operations and nonsensical directives. This was an ever escalating tend as his mental health deteriorated. With someone competent like Manstein, Guderian or Model in charge Barbarossa could have gone the other way. It's certainly not impossible.

Oby's got nothing on this guy:

Greg Hallett's book "Hitler Was A British Agent"

According to Hallet, not only was Hitler a British Agent, but he also escaped Germany alive during Operation Winnie the Pooh with the help of Ian Fleming.  Martin Bormann also was secreted out England with Fleming's help as part of Operation James Bond.

I couldn't make this **** up if I tried .....

http://www.henrymakow.com/_from_an_email_from.html

Former agent Greg Hallett desribes how the English intelligence service, during the Russian siege of Berlin in two coordinated operations, rescued both Hitler and his nearest man Martin Bormann, from getting into Russian captivity.

That one might even be funnier than "Hitler was part of the Illuminati".

Oby this is almost as funny as the South Park episode you linked to.   :)

I see what Wals means with the changing syntax. It does seem to imply trickery. Or whatever.

It's interesting how things like shame, envy, and feeling shunned are as common with national identities as they are with individuals. This thread reminded me of learning how pissed off Japan became after they were rejected outright from discussions with other countries around WW One. They went home and polished their anger into a suicidal samurai navy and got ready obliterate the Pacific.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am for you chaps smacking this down by the time I got here. Firstly because, being properly British, I'm very poor at expressing emotion. And secondly because I'm very VERY drunk.

EDIT:

Also, Britain or Stalinist Russia. Which would you back?

Russia doesn't get the benefit of vodka in my mind.  Russians and Scandinavians may claim otherwise, but all sane people know that vodka was invented in Poland.

Then Britain. If we are to back a foreign state, it might as well be the one we can understand.
