Perhaps I ought to have used italics to better convey my tone, but I figured that a statement as breathtakingly capacious as "every strategy game ever made" wouldn't be taken as anything but ironic. While we're at it, SC II has an "interesting" price. WorstUsernameEver Posted July 20, 2010 Share Posted July 20, 2010 Since Half Life 2 is hopelessly problematic with me apparently (after I finally fixed a problem with sound and I managed to play up to the boat-driving section, the problem reappeared after the Steam update :/) I've begun Gothic 2. The old nostalgic feeling is all there, and after fiddling a bit with the control scheme I've managed to create something comfortably close to that of Risen. Not quite as smooth but still good fun. First there was the DRM thing (I read that the 1.1 patch removed the limited activations), then people complained about this and that. All I've ever seen from it are the youtube trailers.
