Good times. Still, who is he? He's not CIA, obviously. Avellone must have had a wonderful time writing his lines. I think it was Travis Stout who's responsible for Taipei and its characters? And Matt Mclean wrote 95% of the e-mails. The suave reply to Heck's conspiracy theory email was hilarious - I had to choose it, even though I was mainly doing a professional playthrough. I tried, but only got to -5 or -6, and that was not enough. I think I had -9 or -10 with Madison when she hit me in the head and run away to Marburg, so maybe you need to have complete animosity with characters for them to take actions against you.
