In Taipei, the mission where you have to infiltrate a hotel and gather information about Sung and the NSB, the very begining, where you go through the small security office area, there is a main objective to meet with Steven Heck. Here is the problem, he just ain't there, not spawned in the level, later when I go to a different area to meet Scralet and the small AP loading logo pops up in the bottom right I can go back to that area and he spaws, only problem is that he spawns in a combat stance, when all enemies are dead already, holding his tranq pistol upside down and aiming at a filing cabinet. When I go back to the area with Scarlet, load, go back to area Steven, load, he stops his retardation and stands in the centre of the office with a normal stance, waiting for a conversation, I walk up to him and nothing happens, it is a main objective and I can not complete it, because the NPC either does not spawn, spawns in combat versus nothing and can't start the conversation, or just plain can not start the conversation. Any helpful advice. Oh and yes, I loaded the save, I loaded the safe house save and started the mission again, 8 times till now, the same thing happens.
