What is so special with "CECH-2100" model of the PS3?

"Some men see things as they are and say why?"
"I dream things that never were and say why not?"
- George Bernard Shaw

"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."
- Friedrich Nietzsche

Rumored to have a 45nm GPU.

You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that?

Medieval Total War 2...England, naturally, bejaysus the Irish are a tough nut crack on VH/VH (Kingdoms GC mod).

DA: Awakenings... why can't I gut Anders the moment I lay eyes on him?

Men of War... can't get into the groove and the first mission on normal difficulty involves driving a very slow tank through a very long gauntlet of well protected AT guns. Meh.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R... now it might have dated graphics but it is very atmospheric. The scenery is so... normal. Which is what makes it spooky. It's ten times spookier than FO3, not that FO3 is meant to be spooky I suppose.

I am having a break from Company of Heroes, it was too much of a time-devouring habit.

Aika Online. Pretty fun so far.

Quest- instead of mob-grinding.

Giving up on Starcraft II?

You terrans always run at the first sign of trouble...

Yeah, I'm bad at guessing what the enemy will attack with.

And as the identifier says, I'm lazy. :p

You aren't supposed to guess, you're supposed to scout. Send half a dozen marines over to check out the enemy base, see what he's building. If they die, who cares, they did their job by letting you see what the enemy was up to. :p

Thus, it will use less current than the previous models? Tall about being frugal :p

You're missing out.

I was playing this terran dude, and being cheap as I am I dragged the game for half an hour longer than I should have. So near his base he masses siege tanks, marines and marauders with a few medivacs and two ravens.

My entire army is like 50 roaches and 10 mutalisks. (larger than his because I have 3 bases up and running)

I send the mutalisks on a suicide run to destroy the ravens. After that an immensely satisfying moment follows when my 50 roaches tunnel and pop up right under his army, which vaporizes ... along with the rest of his base

*Btw I figured out the Viking/Muta problem. One on one the Viking wins by a small margin but in a pack the Vikings always lose because of Muta's bouncing weapon. Unless they give Viking rockets splash damage that's the way its gonna stay.

If even one marines get's within spotting distance of your base, you're doing something wrong.

If it is true, it will use less power, and is 200g lighter, not much, but with all the stuff i have running in my flat, every move into power-efficiency on my part is worth the wait :p

Playing Fallout 3 having finished my second run through ME2.

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

Reinstalling GTA San Andreas. I heard there are some graphic mods out there, any recommendations?

The ENB Graphic Mod is pretty good, but it has a few bugs on some systems.. it's also a resource hog, so you might experience lagging.

a video with horrible music, but it shows what the mod does.

Just Cause 2, lotsa fun.

tried out metro 2033, was refreshing to hear Russian at first, then I realized that the voices were the same as in stalker and raged a little. But then again, the translation is kinda crappy and the accent in English voiceover make me rage even more

I'm playing Baldur's Gate 2 and ran into a couple of hair-pulling bugs. I did Korgan's quest at level 8 and after beating it after much blood, sweat & tears I checked Korgan's character screen and somehow his THAC0 was 33. Lulz. Luckily I'm playing with a good party & the little bugger will get kicked out soon.

But more annoying is that for some reason when Aerie memorizes Protection from Evil 10' radius, it doesn't appear on the quickbar. Same goes for Lesser restoration. I don't want to be forced to replace her with that hag Viconia.

The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

Resonance of Fate and SO4 International.

One thing I don't like is the almost desaturated look in RoF. Had to boost color saturation by 70% on my display, it looks much better.

I am focusing on SO4, it's pretty enjoyable so far.
