It's not that bad if you play as a mage with Ignisphaero Fireball. Nuke them from far away and they drop fast. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI. Imagine if Grobnar stuttered. also, using Qara is so weird after being so used to mages in BG2 the whole Breach + Web etc is just ingrained in my brain, it's just odd to have her basically just be a nuker when your mind works against you - fight back with substance abuse! I had forgotten about the area with the basilisks and wondered wtf was going on when I noticed my party members' portraits suddenly went disappearing one by one. Good times. Took me some time to figure out what the hell this game is about, but once you discover the mechanics it certainly has an addicting quality. So far, the Rook completely owns!
