Went shopping for protective motorcycle gear on the Saturday. A bit of a challenge since I use size xxl in just about everyting, from boots to gloves

I guess next up is some saddle bags.

For some reason my computer has been putting off an insane amount of heat for the last week or so. My room feels like it is an entire 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and its so hot I'm sweating just sitting here. I opened it up and got a couple of dust explosions but I don't think that was the real culprit. I'm also super bored and already watched the majority of my saved tv shows of the week. I need dragon age and then the world will make sense again. :'(

There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. More data must be gleaned and further collated before a sufficient judgment can be reached.

not an interesting day, but last night I woke up to a cat scratching its head at my feet (which makes them damn near vibrate) and our bigger one who NEVER has been social standing in my window looking out (this was like 2 am).

the bigger one (18 lbs last i knew) literally will NEVER come in my room, much less get on my bed or get within spitting distance of my head (the window is about a half a foot from my head's resting place).

I woke up at 5pm.

Trust me man, you needed the chloroform this time.

Back again?

I'm currently pretending to work, which is a lot more stressful than actually working.

Me too...

In 7th grade, I teach the students how Chuck Norris took down the Roman Empire, so it is good that you are starting early on this curriculum.

Had an interesting weekend, for me it was relaxing, but had a friend who was doing studying etc. She was up for 48 hours and would have gone for more if I hadn't forced her into bed (well... not forced, I persuaded and cajoled her into bed to try and get some rest).

Went down to Swindon to see We Are Klang.

I loved it, as did my friends who I paid to take with me. They are deranged, obscene, and very hard working. i wholly recommend them.

Back again?

Well yeah, I am an external student, I can be on here as long as I like, and I'm disciplined enough now not to get too distracted by the forums when I'm supposed to be doing uni, and it's a great community, so yeah.

Anyway to stay on topic, my laptop crashed a while back, but I saved my work, and lately I've been using my mum's laptop, and I get my new one this afternoon, or so I've been told.

Self-question of the day: "I can't be the only one who compulsively bookmarks almost everything, can I?"

...I import them every time I reformat, and thus I have 5 years worth. Clean out dead links now and then, but my bookmark file is still huge. Subcategories have subcategories...

I'm the opposite of that. Right now I have two bookmarks on this computer. It's always me going, "I will remember this link in my head!" and being too lazy to bookmark it. Then I forget the link five minutes later and hate myself for not bookmarking it earlier.
