Kotor 2 missing scenes?

Uh I'm not sure if this is a problem with the game or my computer. There are instances where I feel the game just skips some scenes. Like for example when escaping Peragus on the Ebon Hawk. I board the ship and then it cuts to a scene where the T3 fires at the sith, then Atton sits down and says something about warming up the ship. Then after I kill the sith Kreia suddenly appears on the ship. I reloaded my save many times and the game seems to be skipping a scene.

 

Then there's the time when I first fight Visas. After beating her and I go talk to Kreia the dialogue suggests that there was some sort of vision when I fought Visas but I didn't see anything! I also seem to be missing the scene right after talking to Atton with Visas in the bed, the scene is supposed to show Visas upright(I saw it on youtube).

 

Then it happens again when I board my ship after collecting the lightsaber parts(Lvl 15 btw). I get my lightsaber from Bao Dur and then went to talk to Kreia and the dialogue alludes to some sort of vision again.

There's no scene missing in that one.

Did you see the scene in which kreia and sion fight in the harbinger and then sion cuts out kreia's hand?If yes, then no scene's missing. If you want to know what really happens for understanding, Kreia and Sion want to fight with each other, but sion cuts of kreia's left hand with his red lightsaber. She escapes and comes on the ebon hawk.
