It's been well known that "actual gameplay" trailer was actually pre-rendered. Sure, it ran on actual hardware, but it did so at 5 FPS. They always go down in price pretty fast and if I really want to play one after hearing great reviews (Riddick) I can usually save 20, 30 dollars buying it later.
