Just keep looking. One of the alien blokes on Citadel station (sorry, can't remember his name) sells pazaak cards. As does the pazaak player in the citadel bar. Other than that, I don't know what else to suggest. Pain is all mankind is sure to experience. Somewhere this is a person, who has suffered a thousand planets' pain.
