Big problem

Please help me. I bought KotOR2 for myself,when i installed it and loaded it. right after i clicked to start the game, it goes black for about 30 seconds, then it says the error report with the send and dont send buttons. what should I do?

First thing first, my good gamer, is to give us the specs of your machine but from your general dexcription that you gave double check if you have the latest video and sound drivers, as well as the latest version of Direct X. By upgrading to the newest drivers most of the time that solves the problem. Anything further from that we need computer specs.

Start up kotor 2 and click confiqure I think it is under play lol, a screen should pop up then click scan hardware, a sign should pop up just click yes. Once the scan is finished click details on the pop up, save the file and post it on the forum

3. Do a hardware scan and save it to the desktop.
