Lunar Silver Star Story, FF7, Lunar Eternal Blue, RE 1, and RE 2 were my fav PS1 games.

I don't care what they say about you. You're an ok guy in my book.

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

Was FF7 the one with Cloud and Tifa?

A few non-RPGs I enjoyed on the PS were NHL99, Tekken and *looks shamefully* WCW vs. the world.

And I remember an old roommate of mine and myself playing some fishing game for hours on end.

FF7, FF8 (my favorite FF ever), FF9 (actually is that PS1 or PS2, I forget lol), any of the EA sports games (espicially baseball - Triple Play rocks!, Madden, and NHL), wrestling, and that's a bout it off the top of my head.

Vagrant Story, Castlevania:SOTN, Tactics Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics are definitely worth playing.

I'm going to disagree with Darque and say you shouldn't touch Suikoden (the first one) with a 50 foot pole.
