Lets see, a turtle infiltrates a deep bunker in Afghanistan and places a bomb in their headquarters. I would guess that might take about 10 days for the turtle to make the mission starting at the cave entrance. And I don't think anyone would notice the turtle either. Sounds like a great plan. Go Russia!

Im guessing the device they are using to control the turtles is like the balance affecting device someone made a thread here about the other day? :)

I did read it, its just this bit that made me think that:

The device sent vibrations through the shell to the turtle which could be trained to change direction.

 

Which sounds like the device they were talking about a couple weeks ago...
