Fav KotOR2 Quotes

I can't remember exactly what it is, but when you are on Telos and you are talking about where the Ebon Hawk is, with Atton in your party, he says something like "I bet its that droid, and he's out there joyriding around the galaxy"

P.S. Shouldn't this be in spoilers? Since it will undoubtedly have spoilers in it...

"I knew it. That stupid T3 unit stole our ship. It's probably joyriding on that ship right now, laughing at us. Laughing at me!"

Was it something like that?

Deep from within...

Victims live a life of fantasy.

Some see salvation as an act of God, a few look within for it.

My favorite was this...

Female Exile: I found some clothes.

Atton: Really? Damn! Uhh, for the droids I mean. Yeah, the droids.

I hardly remember Atton's line, but it goes something to that extent.

Okay, I'll just add this one now, since we all know it will come sooner or later anyway  :-"

HK-47: "Statement: Oh, yes. My master had quite the collection of tortured individuals that seemed unable to confront their basic personality conflicts. Let me cite some specific examples. Mockery: "Oh, master, I do not trust you! I cannot trust you or anyone ever again!" Mockery: "Oh, master, I love you but I hate all you stand for, but I think we should go press our slimy, mucus-covered lips together in the cargo hold!" Conclusion: Such pheromone-driven human responses never cease to decrease the charge in my capacitors and make me wish I could press a blaster pistol to my behavior core and pull the trigger."

Definitely one of the high notes in KotOR2 ;)

good job :o

Atton: Did you find the container?

Exile: Yeah, and it looks like there's some clothes in here too.

Atton: Damnit! Uh... I mean, good. No sense having you running around naked. It's distracting. For the droids. *nervous laughter*

For the one-liner types:

"You...have fallen far." -- Disciple (wait...I guess that wasn't in the finished game...oh well it's still my fave)

"Apapthy is death."

"That's where you're wrong." -- Atton to Disciple

"You said you wouldn't laugh!" -- Atton to BaoDur

"Are you sure you need healing? You look good to me." -- Disciple

For the longer/very long quotations...oh wait, I'm too lazy to type those out. :p

Think of the children!

I think my favorite is HK47 and the "master" part, something like...

Exile: you dont need to call me master.

HK47: Statement: Oh, i am aware of that, master. I simply use it to give you the illusion of control and obedience. Humans often need such comfort till the end comes.

Exile: What do you mean, "The End"?

HK47: Consolation: Master, everyone dies eventually, and not all of them by my hand. Even droids die when not routinley maintained, sadly enough.

Exile: But untill you do, you answer to me.

HK47: Statement: Of course i do, master. Till the end.

One of the few lines that made me feel warm and fuzzy inside :p

"Know that much may happen here, but above all do not forget this. You may trust in me, we cradle eachother's lives, and what threatens one of us, threatens us both.

And if you find you cannot trust me, trust in your training, trust in yourself." -Kreia

Best Kreia quote, perfectly describes Kreia's character in my opinion.

I love all the lines they put in there which are taken from Ep. IV and the other movies, such as:

Kreia: "We seem to have found it" (the hologram in T3)

"You've taken your first steps down a longer road."

Mercenary: "I always was one for aggressive negotiations."

Atton: "I've got a bad feeling about this."

Stuff like that.

And this, of course:

Another hilarious HK-47 moment...

HK-47: "Recitation: Yes, as I said, I am an assassin droid. It is my primary function to burn holes through meatbags that you wish removed from the galaxy... master. Oh, how I hate that term."

Exile: "What term? Meatbag?"

HK-47: "Answer: No, Master. Ah, I said it again!"

:D

Anything that HK says is great. I'm glad they brought him back from the first game.

I like a psychopathic droid  with a sense of humor.

Who doesnt?

Quote...

Atton: "What? There are two of you (jedi) now? Did you guys start breeding when I wasnt looking?"

Because I don't want to search through dialog, this is from memory.

I forget exactly how the exchange goes, but I liked the punchline of it.

Exile: The Sith will come here. I'd like to help you plan the defense of Telos.

Atris: Your help is not required. Let them come. If they face a true Jedi, they will fail.

Exile: I find your grasp of strategy to be... questionable.

On a slightly different note:

Mandalore: You think your age or your Jedi whelp will keep you safe from me?!

Kreia: To be united by hatred is a fragile alliance at best.

One of my favorite dialog part was:

Exile: You two give me all your credits..and then go jump into the central pit''

That was the funniest part

Or this one too:

on Telos:

Atton: Not so smug are you,..you little thief

Kreia: don't be a fool Atris stole the ship and the droid

Atton: Says you

Or Atton on the Ebon Hawk:

Atton: Well check it again it can't be anything else

T3: beep bip beep

Atton: Just check the damn connector

My absolute favorite is...

Kreia: How could you ever hope to know the threat you face, when you have never walked in the dark places of the galaxy - faced war and death on such a scale. If you had traveled far enough, rather than waiting for the echo to reach you, perhaps you would have seen it for what it was. There is a place in the galaxy where the dark side of the Force runs strong. It is something of the Sith, but it was fueled by war.

It corrupts all that walks on its surface, drowns them in the power of the dark side - it corrupts all life. And it feeds on death. Revan knew of such places...and the power in making them. They can be used to break the will of others...of Jedi, promising them power, and turing them to the darkside.

Did you ever wonder how Revan corrupted so many of the Jedi, so much of the Republic, so quickly? The Mandalorian Wars were a series of massacres that masked another war, a war of conversion. Culminating a final atrocity that no Jedi could walk from...save one. And that is what I sought to understand.

How one could turn away from such power, give up the Force, and still live. But I understand what happened now. It is because you were afraid."

Mercenary: "I always was one for aggressive negotiations."

Where was this? I don't believe I've seen that line yet.

HK-47 is the master at comedy, honestly. Although my favourite line from the whole game would probably be Kreia's "Never doubt what you have done." It's a philosophy I follow in life. There are no wrong choices in life. There may be choices that lead you on a different, sometimes more difficult path, but they are never wrong.

Strangely a lot of my favorite quotes are from Dantooine.

When you figure out the salvager is trying to sell you a fake holocron...

"blah blah etc... you can't blame me..blah blah"

exile: "Actually I *can* blame you. Violently."

or the four salvagers just before you go into the enclave ruins...

exile: "You've tremendously overestimated your pathetic abilities."

The idiot mercenary that calls you a mudlicker...

exile: "You want to fight *me?* You're as dumb as you look."

mercenary: "blah blah etc fart slobber blah blah"

exile: Force Persuade - "Let's have some fun. Hand me your gun."

I like those. Even though I'm playing LS right now I couldn't by pass those funny dialogues even if it gave me DS points.

Atton: Anybody here catch that? All I understood was 'very'.

Bao-dur: I think he wanted us to give up the General to his poorly-trained collection of bounty hunters.

Atton: Ah. Well, that would explain it. Which one do you want?

Bao-dur: I'll take the stupid one who decided to threaten us rather than shoot us when he had the chance.
