Forrest Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 I am at the Palace on Onderon and have done pretty much everything there. I have gotten the main door open to confront that guy who is attaching Onderon. Just as I enter the room, the beast they have tearing down the force field blocking the throne rooms breaks through and then goes crazy, kills his trainer and they guy attaching Onderon while the other run into the throne room. The monster is called "Drexl Larva". This thing just will not die. My party members are at such a high level that I really didn't have much of problem getting the castle and the ristance was pushovers but I just can't kill this thing. He keeps regenerating. Shryke Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 uhh... killing the drexl has never been much of a problem for me... i suggest you use some melee shields, and force barrier should make it a lot easier when your mind works against you - fight back with substance abuse! ignis_phoenix Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 Ive never had a problem with this either, but try using stun or stasis (if you have it), then throw grenades at it from a distance (if it is stunned than its defence drops). Jediphile Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 I suggest an all jedi group with two heavy fighters in melee (one of them Exile) and a third as ranged attacker casting buffs (enhancing force powers like battle meditation, valor, etc.), ranged attack powers (esp. force storm) and a lot of healing! Unabomber Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 If you or Kreia has Force Speed, use it. This will increase the number of attacks that you can make against the Drexl. There are two methods that I favor: 1) If you're a critical strike specialist, use the Shien form (assuming that you have it), in combination with Force Speed. This will give you a good chance of landing at least one triple damage critical attack each round. You'll whittle away the Drexl Larva's health faster that he can regenerate it. or 2) If you are a flurry specialist, then use Flurry in combination with Force Speed and Ataru (increased chance of critical strikes as well). Have Kreia on "Jedi Supprt" so she can cast all of the buffing powers. This will help you survive the encounter, and she'll also cast healing when you need it. Forrest Posted September 4, 2005 Author Share Posted September 4, 2005 Ok, problem solved, apparently I was experiencing some sort of glitch. Usually when I enter the room with the beast, it is a movie sequance where he kills the main guy but this time as I was trying some of the seggestions you guys gave, the beast killed the leader in game instead of in a movie and my party very quickly killed the beast, no problem. I may have chose and different diologue this time so this could be some sort of diologue bug like in the Hidden Jedi Base. Wierd. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hitting rock bottom is when you leave 2 tickets on the dash of your car, leave it unlocked hoping someone will steal them & when you come back, there are 4 tickets on your dashboard.
