I'd never even heard of this Bubble Bobbly game. The song does raise my blood pressure dangerously.

Along with most of my generation, it was Super Mario Brothers, the Commander Keen games and later, Wolfenstein 3D.

However, the first system I actually owned was the revered Sega Genesis. I have to be thankful that my bundle package came with that fresh, new Sonic the Hedgehog game and not the old guard: Altered Beast or some garbage.

I still play the Command Keen games and pray that 3DRealms will do a good 3D platformer with Keen someday.

Blades of Steel, oh, the fighting :D

People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

That was my first nintendo game ever, minus mario/duckhunt that came with it.

To bad there was a scoring glitch, you couldn't miss.

And what is his deal with pudding??

I'd tell you, but it's a family forum.

BTW, thats not the original "good" music. You have to click the previously posted wav for that.

Either Reading Rabbit or Icewind Dale. I played Reading Rabit when I was four and I played IWD when I was eight or nine.

can't remember if we had the first one or not though...  :(

Then it can't have been memorable ;)

Dragon Warrior

...WHO LUVS YA, BABY!!...

A long, long time ago, but I can still remember,
How the Trolling used to make me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance, I could egg on a few Trolls to "dance",
And maybe we'd be happy for a while.
But then Krackhead left and so did Klown;
Volo and Turnip were banned, Mystake got run out o' town.
Bad news on the Front Page,
BIOweenia said goodbye in a heated rage.
I can't remember if I cried
When I heard that TORN was recently fried,
But sadness touched me deep inside,
The day...Black Isle died.

For tarna, Visc, an' the rest o' the ol' Islanders that fell along the way

The Sims...

or Reader Rabbit..

I never thought "The Sims" was that great really, too much like real life, which is disturbing. All you do everyday is; get up, eat, go to work, come back, eat, do recreational things, then sleep. Waaay too much like RL

On second thoughts, theres a lot more sleep involved in RL.
